Fetch it back
Returns are just fetch in reverse — the storefront throws the refund, you throw back the box. The honest answers to how it works:
Where do returns actually happen?
On the partner storefront, always — under the return policy shown on the product page the day you bought. Start from its order history page; we can cheer but can't carry.
What travels back easiest?
Unopened packs in their original packaging. Refund timing and drop-off options belong to the retailer, and it runs them briskly.
The dog already field-tested it. Now what?
A chewed toy is a veteran, not a return. But if one of ours failed unreasonably fast, we want to hear it — our listings invite quality complaints and we promise a satisfactory solution. Knock through the storefront's support and we'll make it right.
The return is stuck. Who do I bark at?
Write [email protected] and we'll point your nose at the right counter. We can't process anything ourselves, but we're decent at pointing.
